Per-unit plumbing, sinks, faucets, toilets, showers, per kitchen and bathroom.
Plumbing is default: per-unit. Each unit has its own sheet because each unit's bathrooms and kitchens may have different fixtures.

You can rename, reorder, add, or remove groups freely. The defaults are the most common Noura Homes layout.
Standard columns

Standard items seeded into a fresh group typically include Sink, Faucet, Toilet, Shower Base, Rain Shower, Handshower, Bathtub, Tub Spout, Garburator (where applicable).
Tips
- Use the Customer asked about colour? checkbox to track conversations with the customer, even if the colour itself isn't decided yet, it's useful to know who's been asked what.
- Garburator is added to Main Kitchen by default with
included = false. Toggle it on per build if the customer wants one.
Convert to per-project?
Rare. Even single-family homes benefit from per-unit plumbing because the sheet structure mirrors the rooms. Only convert if you're using one shared sheet for a single-unit build and find the unit-tab indirection confusing.
