No extra structured columns. Use Item name, Notes, Classification, and add custom columns for things like furnace size, AC tonnage, ERV/HRV spec.

Tips

• For multi-unit buildings with separate HVAC systems per unit, convert to per-unit.
• Use the Notes column to capture model numbers and capacities, the customer's record will need them later.
