Open a sheet

Find and open the right spec sheet for what you need to edit.

Sheets live inside a project, organised by category. The shortest path to a sheet is two clicks.

Steps

Open the project from the project list.

If the sheet is per-unit, click the unit tab at the top to scope to that unit. If it's per-project, the active unit doesn't matter.

From the category grid on the project dashboard, click the tile for the category you want, Plumbing, Cabinets, Landscaping, etc.

What you see when the sheet opens

  • A sheet header with the category, the scope pill (per project or per unit – <unit>), the date, and admin actions like Mark complete and Customize columns.
  • A decision-maker notes panel (collapsible) for any context that applies to the whole sheet.
  • The groups list, each group is a section like Master Bathroom; inside each group are the items.
  • A right rail that shows the active item's comments and history.

Switching between unit sheets

For a per-unit category, switch to a different unit's sheet by clicking the unit tab at the top of the project. The page stays on the same category, you don't navigate back to the dashboard.

Switching between categories

Use the back button or click Project in the breadcrumb to return to the project dashboard, then pick a different category tile.

What if the category isn't visible

  • The category exists for every project, there is no "hide a category" feature. If a category tile isn't appearing, refresh the page.
  • The category may be in a different stage (Structural, Mechanical, Finishes, Fixtures, Outdoor), scroll the dashboard.
