Attach images
Add up to 10 photos per item; supported formats; how to remove and replace.
Every spec item supports up to 10 image attachments of up to 10 MB each, in PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, or AVIF.
Add an image
Open the sheet and find the item.
Click the camera icon at the right end of the row.
Either drag files onto the modal or click Choose files to pick.
Wait for the upload progress to finish, small indicator on each thumbnail.

If you exceed the per-item cap, the modal disables further uploads until you remove an existing image.
View an image
Click the thumbnail to open the lightbox. Use the arrow keys to step through the item's other attachments without leaving the row.
Remove an image
In the lightbox or on the thumbnail grid, click the Remove affordance. The thumbnail disappears immediately and the underlying file is queued for cleanup.
Replace an image
Remove the old one and add the new one in two steps, there's no in-place replace.
What carries to other places

Tips
- Images are embedded in the Excel export, so very large files inflate the workbook. Compress or down-resolution before uploading when you can.
- WebP and AVIF give the best size/quality tradeoff; PNG is best when transparency matters; JPEG is universal.
- Browser screenshots (PNG) work great for capturing supplier websites; phone photos (JPEG/HEIC) work for site shots, convert HEIC to JPEG/PNG before uploading.
