Export history
View past exports with version labels, timestamps, and re-download.
Every export is kept on file with its version label, the user who generated it, the format, the timestamp, and the file itself.
Find the export history
Open the project.
Click Export in the project header.
Scroll to the Export history section below the new-export button.

What you can do
- Download any past export by clicking it.
- Filter by format (Miivo / Legacy XLSX).
- Sort by date.
You cannot edit or delete a past export, they're immutable once generated. This is intentional: the export history is the workspace's snapshot trail.
Why versioning matters
In construction every snapshot of the spec is a meaningful moment, the version the customer signed off on, the version sent to the cabinet supplier, the as-built version. Treating exports as a versioned, append-only history makes those moments retrievable.
Best practices
- Always provide a version label. "v1" is fine; "Pre-tile reno baseline" is better.
- Generate an export at every milestone, not just at handoff. Specifically: when the customer signs off on each major decision, before any large structural change, before finalising.
- Treat exports like git commits, small, well-labelled, frequent.
Re-download from a share link
If you've enabled Allow Excel download on a share link, the link's viewer can download the latest Excel export. Older versions in the history are workspace-only.
